  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TBSP Basil
  • 24 Oz. Marinara Sauce
  • 2 Cups Vegan Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Colored Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Banana Pepper
  • 1 Chopped Jalapeno
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Tomato


  1. Place in food processor head of cauliflower and garlic. You made need to cut the main stems off. Pulse until completely crumbled. 

  2. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix in a medium bowl banana, crumbled cauliflower, nutritional yeast, basil, and garlic.

  3. Once well mixed, start to form the crust on a foiled surface or pan making it about 1/4 inch thick. Pop in oven for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for 15 more minutes

  4. Add onion and peppers into oiled skillet. Sauté until desired tenderness. 

  5. Once crust is finished pull out and spread marinara sauce evenly. Layer half the cheese, then add on the spinach, onions, peppers, and tomatoes. Lastly, layer remaining cheese.

  6. Pop back into oven for 15 more minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into squares and enjoy!
