Combine chickpeas, garlic, parsley, cayenne, onion, salt & pepper into food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are fully chopped and mixed. Preheat over at 350ºF.
Scoop out tbsp at a time to create 1 inch to 1.5 inch balls. Once finished place in medium hot skillet with olive oil to brown. Remove once fully browned and place in oven to keep warm.
Dice cucumber and tomato and mixed well in mixing bowl. Slice banana pepper and clean out seeds. Remove Falafel from oven.
Lay tortilla on flat surface. Spoon one tablespoon of hummus and spread in middle section of tortilla. Place three tablespoons of cucumber and tomato mixture onto hummus. Spread 1/4 cup of lettuce over top. Finally top with 2-3 falafels. Splash with desired amount of hot sauce.
Wrap burrito style tightly. Cut in half for easy serving.
