Easy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Okay, if you don’t know by now, I love buffalo sauce. I basically eat it on everything in site. It’s a problem. Which brings us to the next recipe, Buffalo Cauliflower Bites! I think I could probably eat a whole head of cauliflower alone, but I feel like that would be frowned upon. LOL. Anyways, David always loves when we make these because they embody the chicken wing he once loved. We plan to venture out to trying to sauces in the future. These bites are super simple and can be made hand full of ways depending on what your may prefer. Ours only take a little bit of your time and a few ingredients! I want to try them on the grill this summer, so be on the look out for those! SO GOOD! We pair our with some mac and cheese from Annie‘s. They a few flavors of vegan options to choose from. It’s our little cheat meal. SH! We also like to add some fresh veggies to add to the mix, fill our plates up, you know!

To catch you up a bit, David has been working hard in and out of the office. Sam has had a handful of awesome shows. I have been super busy with work the past few weeks, once we get home we are both exhausted! Summer is upon us! More fresh veggies and farmers markets! We cannot wait.

Now to the good stuff.

How to make buffalo cauliflower bites:

  • 1 Head of cauliflower
  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • Hot sauce
  • Vegan butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt/pepper

Cut the head of cauliflower into bite size pieces. Mix the flour and milk together well. Along with salt and pepper. Preheat over at 350ºF.

Dip and lather each piece of cauliflower. Place on parchment paper. Place in over for 20-25 minutes.

While that is baking mix hot sauce and butter to make the buffalo sauce.

Remove bites from the oven. Toss in buffalo sauce. Return back to pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove and serve hot with your favorite sides and dipping sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 Cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Butter
  • 2 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and milk together well. Along with salt and pepper. Preheat over at 350ºF.

  2. Dip and lather each piece of cauliflower. Place on parchment paper. Place in over for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Mix hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder to make the buffalo sauce.

  4. Remove bites from the oven. Toss in buffalo sauce. Return back to pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  5. Remove and serve hot.
