So we have our sweet tooth here and there. And I have been wanting to make some desserts. I finally buckled down and decided for this Vegan Cookie Cake. We were not sorry! We were mostly mad we waited so long to make it! It was so good! Yes, it has sugars and stuff, but lets be real, no dairy, no eggs… so were in the clear right!? Right.
Here is what you’ll need to make our Vegan Cookie Cake
- Baking Soda
- Vanilla Extract
- Dairy Free Milk
- Vegan Chocolate Chips
The process is super simple too.
You’ll want to mix up the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar together. Mix it well, a fork works great!
While doing that, preheat the oven and oil a baking dish.
Next, pour in your oil, vanilla, milk, and chips. Mix all the goodness until its evenly distributed.
Pour mixture into oiled dish and spread evenly.
Place in oven for 3-40 minutes, or until done through. Tip: Test with toothpick.

Vegan Cookie Cake
Satisfy that sweet tooth, guilt free!
- 3.5 Cups Flour
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1.5 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Oil
- 2 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Dairy Free Milk
- 1 Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- Pinch of Salt
Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Add in the oil, vanilla, dairy free milk and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into an oiled rectangle pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Top with favorite dairy free ice cream!
