- Nutritional Yeast
- Vegan Cheese
- Banana Pepper
- Marinara Sauce
- Olive Oil
How to Make Cauliflower Crust:
Place head of cauliflower into a food processor, pulse until all is crumbled up nicely. In a large bowl, mix together crumbled cauliflower, banana, nutritional yeast, garlic, and basil.
Once mixed, spread onto an aluminum covered pan/surface. Shape into a large rectangle that is about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake in oven at 400ºF for 15 minutes. Flip over and bake for additional 15 or until the layer becomes firm.
Chop up veggies (Excluding spinach) into desired sizes and sauté in well oiled pan. Cook until a little crunchy.
Spread marinara sauce on top of baked crust. Then spread the cheese evenly over the sauce.
Next take your cooked veggies and place evenly over the layer of cheese. I did mine by hand just to make it equal as can be with each bite. I also topped with a bit more cheese.
Finally, place back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Remove and slice. Serve hot!
